LOCAL GOVERNMENT The Boulder City government is composed of a
Council that is has 5 members who are elected at-large. The Council, in turn, hires a City
Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk.
All other employees are hired by the City Manager. The City Council appoints volunteers as members
on various boards, commissions and committees. ·
